Can You Report a Working Owner?

In order to determine whether or not you may pay on a working owner, please answer the following questions to help in determining how to report a working owner.

Do you have a NEBF Participation Agreement for inclusion of non-bargaining employees?

You may report the working owner as a class 26 for "All" or class 27 for "Alumni".

Do you have a Working Owner clause in the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)?

You may report within the guidelines of the CBA. Please use class code 28. If you have any questions about your CBA, please contact your NECA Chapter.

Based on the answers to the questions, you are not eligible to report Working Owners. If you want to report a working owner, please sign a NEBF Participation Agreement.
