| Have You Designated a Beneficiary Yet? |
If you haven’t designated a beneficiary for your NEAP account and would like to do so, you can download a Beneficiary Designation form by clicking the “Forms” tab on the left menu. Complete the form and then mail it to NEBF. If you do not designate a beneficiary, then upon your death your benefit will be paid in the following order:
1. To your spouse, or if none;
2. To your children in equal shares, or if none;
3. To your parents in equal shares, or if none;
4. To your estate.
